Alex’s enthusiasm for community theatre began when she discovered a passion for Drama at high school. This passion led her to study drama at university. Since completing her degree in Arts/Education she has taught drama and directed musicals and shows at various high schools.
In recent years, her involvement in theatre has taken a back seat as she focused on raising my young children. Despite this, her commitment to the arts remains strong, and she looks forward to being a part of a wonderful team to bring engaging shows to our community!

Rob Foard
Rob Foard has been a member of the group since 2009. He is regular contributor as Director, writer, technical advisor and occasionally treaded the boards himself.
He has written and directed 3 productions for the Short play festival: City Views (2021), Between You, Me and the Lamppost (2022) and No light or sirens please! (2023).
He played Frank Pickle in the group’s 2017 production of The Vicar of Dibley and in 2010 directed his own adaptation of It’s a Wonderful Life.
He has also contributed many lighting and sound designs to the group.
